Delivery Notes from Indore Florist

Same-Day Orders:

Orders placed for the same day will be accepted until 5:00 PM.

Midnight Orders:

Orders for midnight delivery can be placed until 8:00 PM.

Delivery confirmation for midnight orders will be provided the next morning by 9:00 AM.

Post 9:00 PM Orders for Next Day Delivery:

Orders placed after 9:00 PM for next-day delivery will be delivered in the 2nd slot (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM). For any special delivery requests, please contact us.

Valentine’s Day Special Instructions:

Midnight delivery is available on 13th February, but not on 14th February (Valentine’s Day).

On Valentine’s Day, 14th February, orders will be accepted until 2:30 PM.

Special Occasions:

On occasions such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Women’s Day, Rakhi, Diwali, Rose Day, Valentine’s Day, Friendship Day, same-day deliveries will be made, but no specific time slots can be committed.

Designer Cakes & Photo Cakes:

We regret that we are unable to deliver designer cakes or photo cakes on special occasions due to high demand.

Missed Items:

If any items (e.g., chocolates, teddy bears, sweets, cakes, or other gifts) are mistakenly not delivered by our delivery team, we will arrange redelivery of the missed item the next day, along with a complimentary gift.
