Terms & Conditions for Special Occasions

At IndoreFlorist, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are dedicated to delivering your orders perfectly with the utmost care, even when dealing with highly perishable products. If anything goes wrong, we encourage you to share your concerns with us. Our trained customer service team will promptly address your issues and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full Refund: If an order is canceled by the customer 1 day before the delivery date, we will provide a full refund.
  • No Refund for Substitutions: In cases where the exact product is unavailable, we will arrange a suitable alternative as per the local market availability (e.g., roses of a different color). In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Special Occasion Policies:

On special occasions like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Women’s Day, Rakhi, Diwali, Rose Day (7th February), Valentine’s Day (14th February), and Friendship Day, the following terms apply:

Same-Day Delivery:

  • We will deliver your order on the same day, but no time commitments can be made due to high demand.
  • Same-day orders are accepted until 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.
  • For Rose Day (7th February) and Valentine’s Day (14th February), same-day orders are accepted only until 3:00 PM. Orders placed after this will still be attempted for same-day delivery but cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Refundable Special Items:

  • We cannot deliver designer cakes or photo cakes on these occasions.
  • If a delivery item like chocolates, teddy bears, sweets, cakes, or any other gift is missed by the delivery person, we will arrange re-delivery of that item the next day along with a complimentary gift. We request your cooperation in such rare cases.

No Refund Policy for Delays:

  • If an order placed on 14th February cannot be delivered on the same day, it will be delivered on 15th February, and no refunds will be issued.

Same-Day Order Policy:

Before placing a same-day order, please carefully read the following:

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • On 7th February (Rose Day) and 14th February (Valentine’s Day), orders placed after 3:00 PM will still be attempted for delivery on the same day but without guarantees. If delivery is not possible, it will be completed the next day, with no refunds.
